FNB could not be bothered about clients that are in trouble

I am under Debt Review and have been retrenched since October 2020. Have no income and therefore my payments to Debt Busters has been cancelled until the end of January 2021 with the hope that i would be employed by then. Received a sms saying i should contact them. I contacted the number and the individual was not interested in anything I had to say. In a nutshell he informed me that i will be handed over to their Legal Department. How do i pay if i do not have any income!!!!
