Fnb costs me R50000 over an error on their side. 6 months later and no refund
fnb granted and then rejected my bond 3 weeks later. I am still not refunded for fnbs mistake. They have costed me over R50000 and I'm the one left with no house and no money. They always ignore me and when I get a response, they are investigating. Otp was made in june **** fnb

The initial people haven't done anything so what the **** is the point of giving the matter back to them? The definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting a different outcome.

Got a call now to say that this matter will be handed to the people dealing with my initial complaint. The initial people haven't done anything so what the **** is the point of giving the matter back to them? 07 Dec 2022, 13:58FNB called the transfer attorneys and now the transfer attorneys are forcing me to the original OTP because the suspensive condition was met because FNB granted the bond. Everyone is completely ignoring the fact that the ****ing bond was granted in error which means the suspensive condition was not met..... and I still can't get a bond on that property and I can't try to buy a different property because I'm being ********ly held to that OTP and my R55k is not being refunded. Well done to FNB for putting me back in contact with the same people that have not resolved this issue from the beginning.
I guess this will have to go to court, I might get a new house for free with the unbelievable behavior from FNB that ignored a "Duty of Care" clause.
I have sent 5 emails, all were ignored. including a request to meet in person.
