Fnb cost me my business

Fnb being such a big company has finally cost me one of my biggest client.

My client owns a mine in Zambia and they experienced a breakdown and needed a Conveyor belt urgently they placed an order with us and proceeded the payment in our favor. I then received a funny email from fnb forex department demanding a explanation on the credit coming into my account and furthermore stated that if I don't comply the money will be returned back to my client in Zambia.

I responded to the email with an explanation about everything that's when they responded that I need to provide paperwork to them so can accept the funds to go into my account.

I responded and they did not get back to him about a way forward it being a Friday and all the called and advised that if he does not receive the belt tomorrow then I Must consider the order canceled. As am currently writing this review I had to fly to Zambia to come plead with my client to reconsider his decision and proof to him that I am not the one who is actually sitting on his order not getting his order ready.

This is the last straw for me and I think it's high time I take my business somewhere where my business and time will be respected. They have cost me alot disappointing really
