FNB ******* service
I have an easy account with FNB which I opened years back. The agreed fee was R4.95 a month. It was not my primary account but I had one debit order running of that account. In total my fees did not exceed R12.00. About 8 months ago FNB changed the fee structure on my account and are nor charging me a monthly fee of R62 a month. I did not sign or agree to this and no prior notification was given. I went to the bank yesterday to revert back to the R4.95. No explanation could be given for this and no refund can done. Money lost for 8 months with accumulates to almost R500.00. Shame on you FNB

15 Feb 2023, 12:00Besides the automated responses, I am yet to receive any communication from FNB, I have now paid banking services twice this month R62 in the beginning of the month and then again on the 13 for R30. This account fees are only R4.95. FNB are *****ing from me
