Fnb ******* connect

Fnb are a bunch of idiots. I have be been with fnb for over 10 years. Now a debit collector is calling for my fnb connect that is in so called arrears and I have not used an fnb connect SIM card for years now and I have cancelled it previously. Why! You better cancel all these sims not in use. And fnb can call me not at debt collector. Please call me once all my so called sims are cancelled and give me an amount I was ****** for. Or have I been paying for **** i canceled years ago? Advise if this is the case
