FNB CORPORATE CARD DIVISION TOTALLY A SHAMBLE

Last year I upgraded my FNB Corporate Silver card to a Gold card with the specific reason and request of being able to pay accounts out of this account via online banking. It took FNB Corporate card division 6 months to transfer the balance from my silver card to the Gold card. Once done I thought at last but short lived. When trying to pay bills via online banking out of this account I get an error 99999 account balance depleted or card not activated. I contacted our business banker Betty Dlomo December last year who forwarded a document for me to sign to rectify the problem. Document signed forwarded back to her which she forwarded to FNB Corporate card. In spite of this I still receive the error message from online banking and cannot transact from this account. HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE TO GET SORTED OUT AND DON'T TELL ME THIS CARD ALSO CANNOT TRANSACT VIA ONLINE BANKING AS THE WHOLE UPGRADE WAS BASED ON THAT FACILITY. IF THIS CARD CANNOT DO IT THEN FNB CARD ONCE AGAIN MESSED UP WITH THE SERVICE REQUESTED AND NEED TO DO THE NECESSARY TO RECTIFY THEIR MESS. WHY MUST CLIENTS RESORT TO THIS SORT OF ACTION TO SORT OUT A PROBLEM. SHAME ON FNB CARD!!!!!!
