FNB Corona-relief NOT not getting back to me

I have been trying to get a hold of FNB regarding "CORONA-relief" I have a case that I need to discuss with regards to my bonds as their applications does not cater for our financial situation. I have tried the chat line.....they only refer me back to the APP which is insufficient!! I have written to them and even received a mail with a *** on 17th of April...gues their automated reply stating we will get back to you shortly either means never or at least back to you in a weeks time....maybe. Thanks for your help or lack of help during this time
