Fnb cornubia's Terrible service for smart id's / passports

I would like to advise the public not to even think about using the fnb to apply for smart id's and passports. I am trying daily for the past week trying to get a time slot for biometrics and day in and say out I'm getting the same response that there is no time slots available. What's the point in offering this service if your standards are so putrid. I would like to get a response from fnb cornubia soon
