FNB Cornubia/Home Affairs Pathetic Service 😡

I have been very unsuccessful in getting a time slot for biometrics at FNB Cornubia. Every time I try it says "not time slots available" Why do they ask for payment first and cannot accommodate clients. If the branch is not visited within 120 days, the clients money is forfeited. Shouldn't the bank/home affairs only accept payment if booking is available. They do not even make it easier on you if you have been sitting there the whole day and their system is off-line. You have to go back and start the process all over again. Very pathetic service!!! I got a number from Home Affairs to contact them, number does not work 😡
