Fnb Cornubia worst Bank

FNB Cornubia is the worst bank to deal with. I visited the bank on 10 March. I waited for 45 minutes until I was called by a consultant. There was just one consultant with a client. In consulting desk number 3 two fnb employees were having a merry conversation about Mc Donald's whilst clients were waiting in the queue. After 45 minutes when I was attended to it took the consultant about 10 minutes to understand why I was at her desk . Then only to be told at 4pm that she can't help me due to load shedding. I am starting to wonder if fnb is now just employing people off the street. This branch definitely lacks professionalism.
