FNB Cornubia SmartID/passport service

FNB Cornubia - SmartID eHome Affairs System. Non-existent timeslots available for this service. Have been trying to find a timeslot for over a week now. This is the only branch in KZN but it simply doesn't work. FNB should stop marketing it, or else actually make it work. I even went to the branch and they didn't know how to help, was told the branch can't fix the system or help.
