FNB Cornubia- PASSPORT-No Time Slots Available

I have paid for my Passport renewal and when I try make a booking at FNB Cornubia I receive a message that there are "No Time slots available". I have made a query with FNB online and the response has not been able to assist me.

FNB Cornubia - if you are going to offer this service then make sure your sites are in working order. Please assist me with a booking.
