FNB Cornubia Passport appointments NO AVAILABILITY!

I have registered and paid for my daughter passport renewal on the DHA website and have been trying everyday to get an appointment timeslot since 25 Jan. There does not seem to be any direct line to FNB cornubia and this is the only branch that offers this service, frustrated and disappointed in this service.
