FNB Cornubia Passport Application Booking Issues

Hi. I am attempting to renew my son's passport at FNB Cornubia. I am unable to book a timeslot at this bank (the only FNB in KZN offering the service) on the DHA website. Even a year in advance reveals no available bookings. My FNB Private Wealth banker, the branch itself (unreachable by phone) and the DHA agent at the branch, are all unable to offer any assistance with the booking. There are apparently ongoing 'challenges' with the website according to the DHA rep, and bookings cannot be made in person (we've tried). I have seen that a similar complaint on Hellopeter was responded to by FNB, albeit privately, and am hoping for a similar resolution in response to this comment. Regards, Clyde.
