FNB Cornubia - No Time Slots Available for Passport Booking

I app**** for my passport at the beginning of October and all went well until I had to book an appointment at FNB Cornubia to capture my biometrics. I've been trying for the past month at various times and all I've been seeing is "no time slots available". This is incredibly frustrating as the fnb personnel are unable to help. Very disappointing service!
