FNB CORNUBIA NO TIME SLOTS!

I have paid R940 for ID and 2 passports and when I get to the time slots the site shows nothing. This is unacceptable. FNB Cornubia - if you are going to offer this service then make sure your sites are in working order. I want a refund as I cannot get a time slot to even show on the site no matter what date I put in.
