FNB Cornubia Home Affairs
I am trying to apply for my Smart ID through the FNB branch in Durban, the only one in Durban doing it is the Cornubia branch, I have made my payment and yet still cannot get a date to do my biometrics, every time I try to make a booking there are no available time slots. Its been almost a month now and even when i contact FNB, they say they cannot help it must be done through the Department of Home Affairs website, how are there never any available time slots? Why offer the service? How is it that nobody in FNB can assist?

I have had this done before telephonically and received alot of text communication regarding the complaint being dealt with but nobody actually contacted me.
