Struggling to arrange a booking date to do biometrics and application regarding a passport via (DHA). The website booking is a nightmare and no time slots are ever available for specific dates, attempted to contact the branch, no human contact, no options available to actually speak to a human. attempted the FNB online chat, no support wit no service. Basically a service offered that now feels like a ****. Nobody answers calls including the DHA representative presumably based at the branch.
