Good Bank but let down by the Home Affairs department. One rude young Home Affairs official refused to assist my group (Even though the website is buggy and we cannot get a time slot which is not our fault). He told us to go to Home Affairs without listening to our side of the story. We waited hours in the line. I tried calling and even emailed weeks before I could visit, but no response as usual. Now there's a new bug (OTP) tried multiple times and multiple phones but I cannot retrieve a new OTP. To get a higher review I recommend getting new DHA officials or s**** the useless service!
