FNB Conubia - You Rock!

FNB Conumbia staff demonstrated excellent customer service and assistance with the application of Identity Documents and Passports for my family. Thully Ngubane (Consultant) and Roshni Chetty (Branch Manager) sacrificed thier time to stay longer at the branch. The Department of Home Affairs staff did not have transport to go to their destination as their vehicle needed to be returned. Thully volunteered to use her private vehicle to transport them. My kids were unsettled with waiting for our turn when Roshni invited them into the branch and settled them in a quite area until the DHA staff could attend to them. Well done on the authentic customer service
