FNB contravening National Credit Act?
I have recently gone through a difficult time starting my own business.
For three months I was unable to meet my obligations in debits on my account including an Ipad on credit through FNB.
On the 28th November 2015 I brought all arrears up to date including the outstanding payments on the Ipad.

A week ago I received an SMS telling me I had been handed over to a legal firm for action referring to my current account - on which I have an overdraft, but had brought my oustanding balance back to the overdraft limit.

I emailed the above persons to ask what 's going on - three emails later with no response - get a call from the legal firm. A few minutes later, Amanda Daniels replies to say she is investigating with their legal department.
This morning another SMS - I have been handed over to another legal firm for breach of T&C on the purchase of my Ipad with no arrears

On emailing why this was being done - a terse response from Amanda Daniels - I should deal with the legal department. telling me that the Lawyers had tried to contact me previously.
I have been in regular contact with all and have had no notification of pending legal action or requests I intend complaining to FAIS
