FNB continuously disappoints me

I’m getting an ite ms item not paid on my account but I made no transaction yesterday and for the past 3 days transactions I didn’t authorise have been taking place without my knowledge , I’m being told it will be dealt with but nothing is happening , I don’t understand how and why FNB keeps charging my card when there’s clearly no funds and now I’m on overdraft but have a youth account , it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and I’m beyond frustrated with FNB at this point because when my money comes in they’ll automatically deduct this overdraft that I had no knowledge about nor did I authorise it, please fix this immediately I am completely outraged with FNB
