FNB continuously deducting small amounts from my account... difference reference every time.

Please can I understand these amounts being deducted from my account...? Balance - R -98.32 Available Balance - R -209.92 (explain this) because my statement as below does not seem to explain it.

Also explain.... why am I not billed once instead of these tiny little amounts, which don't really make sense.
