FNB continuous unauthorised debit orders

I have been an FNB client for ages. From Nov 2018 to date, I have reversed and stopped a total of 8 unauthorised debit orders. This is a problem as these reflect badly on my account records and will eventually also reflect negatively on my credit record (as it looks like I am in the habit of reversing debit orders).

I am not happy with the current arrangement of reversing after the debit order happens. Surely FNB can introduce a proactive instead of this reactive solution currently used. These debit orders must be stopped before they can even debit. Why don't FNB introduce a system where the bank requires clients to confirm/ authorise all new debit orders before they are effected?

I was happy with my FNB account until I experienced this. I really don't trust the bank with my finances now.
