Fnb continues to mislead us

After writing my review in early January FnB contacted me and gave me a paid-up letter and told me that my loan account will be closed. Yet just last week I received a call from their debt collectors claiming that the account is not settled, on top of that I still see the status of my loan as open when I check my status online. FnB what must one do to get the account because I am not willing to pay another cent to you? 1st you gave me the incorrect settlement letter that belonged to someone else with his personal details being made available to the public. I am now left to wonder if the reason why you have not closed my account is because my details are also made to be public?
