FNB CONTINUES SOLIT MONEY FROM ME

I am still waiting for FNB to return my money and close my account. I received a call from a very disrespectful man, that insulted my intelligence and told me that they would not grant return my money. With account still open FNB still solit from me by adding fees in an account that was supposed to be closed 2 months ago. The treatment that I've been getting has been so disgusting from a well known banking giant to say the least.
