FNB Continue to be useless

The Useless bank continues it dismal performance. As part of the ***** issue FNB had to cancel our credit card ...makes sense. Since following the activation instructions we have not been able to use the card online. After 2 weeks of trying I called the Credit Card number - the lady could not help so pushed us on to Online people - they then sent us back to Credit Card, who did not answer so they forwarded us to *****???? ZERO accountability seems to be the theme at FNB. The irony of this one is I am using my ABSA Debit card and therefore they are losing out.
