FNB Contact Centre staff a disgrace

Our office is located next to the FNB Contact Centre in Ferndale, Randburg, The behaviour of the staff employed by FNB is shocking!!!! Urinating, drinking, using drugs and smoking **** on the sidewalk in Oxford Street. It is an absolute disgrace. Called FNB several times to report the problems, being send to 100 people and no one can assist.
