FNB Consultants working from home dont want to assist Clients ,they Drop calls

FNB Consultants that work from home,do not want to assist Clients.They intentionally drop Calls,I have called them 5 times already,they all sound like they answer calls from the Toilet,and while you try to speak to them ,then the call will be dropped suddenly.They wont call back,to ensure that we are assisted.They also are dismissive and sent me to speak to my Banker ,in a matter where they should be able to assist me.All I wanted was to get the balance on my Revolving loan ,so I can arrange to settle the account.

They literally cant wait to get off the phone,also theres Robots that answer our calls,which is funny because ,you cant reason anything with a robot.
