FNB consultants use canceled debit card to make online purchase. BE CAREFUL

My name is Elmari Botha, I have been a client of FNB for more than 20 years, we have our business account with FNB as well. FNB contacted me to change my personal account to new type of account they suggested. I had to go into the bank, sign all necessary forms and cancel my existing debit card. Everything was done and we went on business as usual. Then today I retrieved a Payment done online with my old debit card that was supposed to be cancelled long ago. What alarms me is that it was an online payment, done, with my old debit card that was canceled inside the bank by an consultant, and the payment went through without any OTP that was send to my phone. This is mayor internal *****. How can I trust FNB anymore if this is happening inside their mids. I do not know if I can go on using FNB with this happening. I was told by the consonant when I reported it, it will take 10 - 30 days, and to my it looks like an open shut case. If you have an FNB account, be very CAREFULL.
