FNB consultants need to be trained

I was busy with a consultation in an FNB branch in Evaton West resolving an issue with another consultant when Dimakasto Mokoena without any warning let alone greeting from her, stood directly between us and started working on the computer. I asked her if she was aware that she was disturbing us and instead of apologizing for that, went ahead and asked me what she was disturbing us with while she was standing between me and the consultant and we couldn't continue with what we were doing. The consultant helping me had to stop what he was doing as she was busy with God knows what. This was not only disrespectful of her on another level to a customer but a huge level of incompetence, a blatant disregard for her company policy and lack of appreciation and respect for the customer. She has been employed for more than 5 years proving that not only does she know the rules but took advantage of them and showed that she doesnt care for what she does but has no respect for customers and what she does. She is not only disgrace to the service industry but the reason why the service industry is in such taters. FNB needs to be ashamed of their consultant and take all of them to training to get their minds straight and understand that they must respect and treat customers well to not only keep business going but to avoid us the public believing that they run a micky mouse business where there is recourse for consultants doing as they please and breaking all protocol which have been put in place for customers to feel appreciated for the services we pay for. She is a disgrace to the service industry and must be fired for this as all her actions where not only made with intent to undermine the customer but also show that she does as she pleases at work with no remorse or fear of being persecuted for her wrong doings. I implore that FNB take swift and decisive action her to show that you wont tolerate such behavior from its employees
