FNB consultants need customer service training

I recently opened a account with FNB to open an account in Khayelitsha,The process was smooth and the consultants were very friendly and helpful... problem started when I lost my card on Saturday and I only noticed after the most branches were closed shortly after 12H00 and almost 13H00 pm,and I had reached my ewallet limit of R1500 but I still needed the money,so I called the call centre because even though I had the app I was not fami**** with it....After holding for a while the gentle man advised me to use the app ,he said I will be able to increase my limit, when I tried it asked for my card number so it was back to calling them and holding forever,so when a lady answered i just asked her if there will be any branch opened here in Cape Town ill drive there, she said I must go to the Cape town international Airport,I was shocked because I work at the Airport and we dont have a FNB branch at Cape town international airport only ATM's,I asked her why she was giving me incorrect information she said she assumed the would be one since there is one at OR Tambho,I explained my dilemma but she was unhelpful and said there is none she can see, eventually i googled it myself and found the branch in Century that closes at 13:00 and even opens on Saturday, so I went there the next morning, the was no long line,The lady called me and I told her i need a new card and she said just use your app and wait for 3 days and I said the reason I came all the way is because I cant wait for 3 days then she gave me a new card.. My mother visited FNB in Promenade because of money that was taken from her account and she took a taxi to get there...but she came back upset because they said just dial *120*321# and ask your grandchildren to help you....who does that...Guys I work for customer service when a client is in front of you,its because they cannot use the app or mobile banking and I'm sure it took you basic training to get hang of it,but to do that to my mother really ****ed me off....Now im wondering if the switch was a best move to FNB ...dissapointed really.
