On Saturday 07/03/2020 I was at the Southgate branch for assistance on information for Retirement Fund. While I was sitting and waiting for a consultant there was a young guy at counter one opening an account with the consultant who was a tall black guy. The client was a foreigner and when almost complete where you have to pay R50.00. The consultant told the client that he must give him an extra R200.00 which he did. This took place in view of myself and the client sitting next to me.

There is *******ion everywhere. And it makes me sick to the core.

Why bribe the client, if the client has the necessary document to open an account then help them, which the client had.
