FNB Consultants are pathetic!

The service i have received from your FNB Main Street branch is beyond pathetic. You have only 2 consultants working when theres a huge group of people waiting to be serviced. Firstly let me say GREAT WORK by Ntombikayise who assisted me within 5 mins if sitting down her with, the least can be said about the male consultant sitting next to her. Ntombi has seen 5 clients since i sat down, this guy has seen only 1.The annoying part is that he there busy talking politics with the client and not pushing work. I raised my frustrations with him that his busy talking DA & ANC where-else people are waiting, he says to me i should mind my business with my consultant. This is pathetic! and thats why i am leaving FNB permanently even the last sim i have with you i am porting it to another network. The kind of service by this bank is ridiculous...YOU DO NOT TALK POLITICS WITH CLIENTS I thought Harry Kellan taught his stuff the basic rule of customer experience.
