FNB consultants

I have made payment of R2 000 into supabets account at around 12h30 - 13h00 today hoping that I will place bets on the live matches starting at 13h00 then FNB held my payment for no reason. I then make another payment of R1 000 and funds were allocated to my supabets account within 20mins. I called FNB business desk call center to release the payment, instead I have been treated unfairly by FNB consultants in the name of Lesego and Melitta. My frustration was that I want to place live matches betting and time goes and matches are now playing and I can't play. I am worried that by that time they will release the payment, it will no longer be needed. I wanted proof of payment from those consultants as they told that the transaction has been successful and Melitta wanted to send proof of payment problem was that she wanted to charge me 95 cents and I refused for that transaction fee as I know how to generate proof of payment on my own, it's just that the payment on my side was only showing that the amount of R2 000 has gone but with no option to obtain proof of payment or any payment notification which I can send to supabets to allocate funds in my supabets account. Worse of them all Melitta has dropped me.
