FNB consultant with bad attitude and dodging questions! FNB charging fees for account that has isn’t visible in my accounts

I spoke to a consultant named Esethu who dodged my questions and her attitude was just off. Customers are supposed to be treated with care but didn’t feel this at all and she ended the conversation without any apology or explanation. FNB must do better! Also, I was charged monthly fees for an aspire account that I supposedly have with FNB but it’s not visible on my accounts nor do I meet the requirements for it. Please downgrade this so called account and not charge me any fees! So disappointed with this bank!
