FNB Consultant leaves the phone hanginf

Good day, I had an FNB temp loan account which was handed over and I settled it, I did a credit check and it still shows up so I decided to call FNB and spoke to Kagiso whoI explained that I need these details to be updated as it's effecting my credit record he say please hold on and left me hanging, I find that very rude!!! so can you solve this Thanks
