FNB consultant *****!!

I went to apply for a loan at FNB Polokwane, date 04/05/2011. The bank agent told me that I qualified for R44000 and confirmed that the money was going to be available in my bank account in the afternoon on the 04/05/2011. At 18:30pm 04/05/2011, I received a call from a person claiming that they were calling from Vodacom and told me that my cellphone will be deactivated as my vodacom number was not RICA'd. Indeed at 20:15pm my phone showed "inactive sim". On the 5th/05/2011 I went to the ATM to withdraw R2000 to my surprise the amount available was only R1500. Then I rushed to the branch and they told me that 5 men transferred money into their accounts.

I opened a case of ***** for the men who withdraw money from my account and no one at FNB seemed to care about what happened.

Today i received a letter of demand from Brooks and Luyt inc. Claiming that I owe them R83 253.69.

I am writing to FNB to resolve this matter for I am tired on being taken for grounded. What surprises me is the fact that my bank daily limit at that time was R2000 however R40000 was transferred to various unknown accounts without my declaration and it exceeded my daily limit who had the privileges to access my account? Your consultant took me for an advantage as I am an elderly woman. Today my children cannot go to school because FNB always threatenes me to attach my assets. The money that I was suppose to be paying my children school fees, it pays lawyers to respond on your letters and you don't even respond.

I demand answers and my name to be cleared, i demand FNB to investigate what happened! How can I pay for the money I never spent?
