FNB consultant bluntly refused to assist. In my face.

I went to FNB branch because I want to upgrade to from savings to cheque account. I went to bank, there was only one consultant who was also busy with another customer I waited when she was done she came out of her cubicle greeted me and as we were walking to her desk, the last customer she was assisting walked back to her asked for number or something, I didn't mind, when I realised they were taking long, I heard they are chatting about selling or buying property or a car they were chatting no worries, I'm left hanging, waiting for them to finish their conversation. When they were done, I said to her, " I thought you were just exchanging numbers, but you end up talking about cars and houses." Samantha tells me it's not her problem but she respects elders, and I shouldn't complain because she had the right to talk to the last customer because she did not even call me to her desk. Now I'm confused why is she so defensive and why is she saying all this?, "I don't need to know how she was brought up." Why is she telling me about respecting elders, she was angry I was also about to lose my cool. I told her I will walk out and return later because clearly her and I are not on the same page cause I do not understand her tone of voice. Later I returned there were two consultants her and another guy who was busy with a customer, she refused to assist me told the other consultant to help me as she was not going to help me. The guy had to hand over the customer he was helping because she doesn't want to assist me. I think it is rude to be treated like that. Reason I walked out in the first place is because I didn't want trouble, and clearly she was fighting a battle alone because I was lost in her words.

FNB got back to me about this issue, I am happy with how everything is being handled, being rejected by one consultant does not change that I plan to be loyal FNB customer.
