*********** FNB consultant
We have an NPO which we decided to open a business account at FNB, we spoke to a consultant by the name of Aden Milanzi he is an External Banker from Gauteng North Tshwane. Long story short he opened a business account for us, a week later I noticed he use my old cellphone number and email address even though I provided him with my new details, I told him to fix it he said he will but never did so I went to our Mamelodi branch where they were able to correct this error. A month later when I got our statement, I noticed that he spelled our Suburb name incorrect, so by now I see a pattern of incompetence on his side. I notified him about this error he never responded to my message so once again I had to go to one of your FNB branches to fix his mess once again. Mind you this guy never return calls when you try to contact him. So now my problem is I received an email from your accounts department stating that documents he submitted while creating this particular account are outstanding and the same outstanding documents we have provided him while he was opening this account for us last year 17/07/2022. I have logged a complained before about this consultant, but FNB never responded to my email and now I encounter yet another problem on our business account because of this stupid consultant, how many times must I fix this guy's mess he has created on our business bank account. I honestly believed that FNB was the best choice for our NPO to have a bank account with. Even today I am still waiting for this guy feedback as he was notified about this latest issue on our account, we spoke via email yesterday morning because FNB consultant from Tshwane Mall in Mamelodi has intervene and pleaded with him to contact me but still he hasn't gotten back to me to inform me about our account as I have clearly asked him to. He honestly doesn't take his job serious and FNB needs to deal with him decisively because he keeps messing up with no remorse for his actions. All we need is FNB to tell us whether our bank account it's in order or not, is that too much to ask?
