FNB: Constantly failing to provide the services I pay for

I recently discovered that the online system for getting an FNB Connect SIM card is broken. After lodging a formal complaint all I got was a missed call, a reference number, and a whole bagful of nothing.

I have been been trying to book an Avis Point2Point transfer the entire weekend - supposedly this is a benefit of my Private Clients account. The call centre for eBucks Lifestyle gives me the 'All operators are busy' message, and after about an hour I try to leave a message by following the prompts. I get the message 'the mailbox is full' and they hang up on me. I call my 'Private Banker' (who has been too busy to take my call every time I have phoned for the last three years) and speak to the usual random trainee. She sends me the incredibly convoluted procedure for booking these things online. I follow the procedure. Finally I discover that I can only book an airport shuttle for 10am in the morning, three hours after the flight is due to leave.

I do do not receive the service I pay for, and I feel that FNB has duped me into paying for an account while they actively deny me the benefits associated with it - either willfully or through outright incompetence. I have banked with FNB for more than 20 years, and I am now actively looking for alternative banks to migrate to.
