FNB Constantia Kloof

FNB Constantia Kloof complaint ***: R4 000 was taken off my debit card for a transaction with Trurowrths - a store that I have never set foot in in all my life! Waiting in vain for feedback and my money back. Went in twice and handed the Manager written letters. No feedback, no money back so I have drawn almost all money in the account.
