FNB consolidation loan

Hello please assist me. I app**** for a debt consolidation loan which was approved. Lewis furniture was amongst the debts to be paid, to my surprise Lewis keeps on calling me asking for the payment or the proof of payment because they said the bank paid the money without quoting my name or my reference number and the money is still in their FNB suspension account unclaimed. They receive many payments and won't be able to pinpoint who it belongs to or allocate it to anyone without proof of payment or reference. FNB send me debt consolidation report which shows that Lewis was paid but it doesn't have a reference or my name. I phoned the bank several time asking for a proof of payment The payment was done on the 16 January 2020. What worries me is that the interest is accumulating and Lewis has been calling me and now they are on the verge or repossession. Full reference that was supposed to have been used Pateka Koti ***
