FNB Consolidation is a sham. how do you expect me to apply for a loan when I need to pay for a loan

Dear FNB Since I have been your customer for many years I have been happy up until today. This morning I decided to take action and sort out some obligations I have with you, but I am left Frustrated. Simple. I app**** for Covid Relief which was approved, Thanks but now when I need to start paying off the debt on my 2 obligations for FNB and Direct axis, it becomes a difficult matter. The request I made to your consultant was for my 2 accounts to be consolidated so that I can have a single reduced installment since I am no longer formally employed and do not have a payslip and all the other benefits that employed people have but i have started generating some cash from my business and would like to pay off my obligation to you. 1. I was transferred to some company called Lifestyle which are saying they are approved to deal with your consolidation business and I have to apply for a loan which, has to be approved so that I can consolidate. The lady vetted the application and said to me that my application for a consolidation was declined. I am not looking for a loan. All I need is to pay you what I can afford so that I can ultimately settle the debt. So, do you need your money or do you prefer to hand me over to collectors and get court orders and all the stuff that you credit providers do, when informal self employed persons like myself want to pay you for assisting us when we needed help. Please I need the 2 accounts consolidated so that I can pay you, Surely R4000pm from me is better than nothing. If your slogan is right about how can we help you, please take charge of the business and help us to pay you
