FNB connect...really bad

Absolutely Terrible...

Ported over, complained that I never have signal for data and calls but no response... posted to hello Peter and they call me immediately and promise to fix this which they didn’t. Now after they delayed they refuse to release MY number and allow me to port to another network. They won’t even let me speak to a manager or supervisor and insist that these higher ups only work with email.
