FNB CONNECT - YOU ARE USELESS

FNB Connect must be the worst division of FNB. I have been trying to get a query resolved since September, phone calls, emails and promises, but no joy. In the last email I received on 7 October I was told "the system error is currently under investigation". IT HAS BEEN SINCE SEPTEMBER!! My ANY TIME data balance is now 4.03gb and my WHATSAPP balance is now 3.81gb, unbelievable!! My sim-package was changed during July/August, but FNB does not advise their clients of the pending chaos it will cause. I changed over to FNB Connect thinking it would be beneficial, what a joke.
