FNB Connect Worst Service Ever

I Have an FNB Connect Simcard of which I took out 2 years ago (due to the free whatsapp service, which ended the following week without any notification or replacement special) Anyway, during the coming months on the FNB Connect Network, I received a telesales call from FNB Connect which offered me R65 a month for 1 GiG and if I buy 1 GiG I will receive another 1GiG free (only to find out later that the GiG you buy is used first and the free GiG is only avail for 10 days).

The R65 was debited every month from my account ,27th of each month. I can only recall once it didn't went off due to other banking issues but I was then double billed the following month of which I have proof. They deducted on the 27th of July 2018 R65 of which the first of August I had to receive my 1GiG, only to find 100mb. I logged a call twice they said I'm in arrears of which I'm not and do have enough proof, they said they will call back but they only give one ring then they end the call or you pick up and no one talks. This absolutely the worst service from FNB Connect. They also cancelled my reference number and every time I call them I have to re-register the complaint due they not getting through to me. If FNB connect did not get my debit order why still give me 100mb,?? Ref: CAS 51721Z0B0D0

Reviewer Update
I received a reply from FNB Connect. They say I owe R1255.24 on another sim card of which I was charge out of bundle rates, that was approximately in March 2018 when they informed me, I was unaware that I'm on "opt in for out of bundle" charges (its seems like when you don't query the day of the contract, you stuck with that, please insure your account is for " opt out for out of bundle charges). I immediately made arrangements to have my account debit to cover the unforeseen costs incurred. The following month I received an Invoice which reflects R0.00, which meant that I have settled my account BUT the consultant informed me now if I paid the account or not, each and every payment there after will be R0.00 seeing I cancelled/blocked that account (meaning its not an itemized billing invoice only for what you used). Nevertheless I owed that not knowing it was not settled, received no communication whatsoever w.r.t my outstanding on sim card no. 1. The consultant admitted to me now that they would have taken my R65 (for the 1Gig Sim card No.2) each month to cover sim card No.1 without letting me know what was happening. As per above when I contacted them, they were adamant that I had no funds in my account but what really happened was, they took it to cover sim card No.1. . Why not tell me straight away, look you owe us, if you will not pay us we will take your R65 each month till we have R1255.24 of which I would've made the necessary arrangements to settle, of which I did now. Worst Service from FNB connect - They should stay with general banking, they bit off too much to chew.
