FNB CONNECT WORST SERVICE EVER

On the th of September I accidentally migrated my connect card to the unlimited package. On the 27th of September I eamiled them to cancel this request and return me to R35 package.

Numerous emails and phone calls followed.

Long story short this request has STILL not been processed. Yesterday 06/01/2017 I was billed for the unlimited package even though I've been promised by EVERY consultant I spoke to that the cancellation has been requested and my account will be refunded.

When I phoned yesterday I wasn't allowed to speak to a supervisor and was yet again promised that my request would be escalated. I was informed that if there was usage on my sim card I will not be refunded. How does that work? I've requested for them to migrate my card back to 500mb package in September 2016 already. Terrible and PATHETIC service!

Once again FNB Corpconnect has made empty promises. I still haven't received my refund, and was once again billed for the unlimited package (01/02/1 - 28/01/17) even though I was promised to be migrated back to the 500MB package on 01/02/2017.
