FNB Connect Worst Service and NETWORK

I switched my cellphone Contract from MTN to a FNB Connect Contract a couple of months ago due to the good pricing FNB Connect offered. I have been using the same cellphone number for more than 10 years and the MTN number was ported to FNB Connect without any hassle. From day one on the FNB Connect network was a total nightmare. The network would show full signal and 3G but calls keep on cutting off over and over, barely any 3G connection and people informed me that they really struggle to get through to me when calling. When I needed to dial someone I also had to literally try at times 10 times before the call connects and the phone rings on the other side. I googled and search on social media and this seems to be a problem experienced by other users as well going along with great unhappiness with FNB Connect. The FNB Connect poor network signal really caused a lot of frustration and anger in my life. I decided enough is enough and decided that I need to go back to MTN. The process to port my number back to MTN seemed easy enough and I went to get a new RICA MTN SIM card. I sent a request to FNB Connect to change my Contract to Prepaid in order to port my number back to MTN. The switch over from Contract to Prepaid was quick and easy and happened on Friday 25 August 2017. The consultant who handled the query indicated that all is ready to port back to MTN now that I am on Prepaid by Monday 28 August 2017. However, since the move from Contract to Prepaid on Friday it caused that I could instantly not receive any incoming calls or SMS’s. I loaded data, voice call time and airtime. This is a major crisis as since then no one can get hold of me. I am a professional person in a very senior position and depend highly on my phone. I attempted various times now that I am on Prepaid to just port back to MTN but without any success. I am not receiving the return sms from MTN to indicate whether the port has been approve or declined due to FNB Connect. I contacted MTN and they indicated that the request to port the number to MTN is received on their side but it gets DECLINED by FNB Connect. The reason for decline is that there are outstanding fees that I owe FNB Connect. I sent a mail to FNB Connect with my account details to enquire about the outstanding amount on Monday 28 August 2017 so that I can pay it immediately. I received a response that there are no fees rejected and all is in order. The process to port my number back to MTN however keeps on being declined by FNB. I have sent mails to Service Suite, to my Private Banker and FNB Connect explaining the above crisis but with absolutely no response. I don’t know which way to turn any more for assistance as there is just no help from FNB. I am beyond frustrated at the moment and all my energy is consumed by trying to stay calm for the past week. It feels like FNB is imprisoning me – they don’t allow me to move away to MTN and while I am still on FNB Connect I can’t receive calls. FNB Connect is by far the worst thing that ever came into my life. FNB should stick to banking, telecommunication is not your thing. Your help desks are not competent to assist with queries. I still need help, if there is such a thing from FNB. Firstly I need on the current FNB Connect Prepaid SIM the problem whereby I do not receive incoming calls or sms’s to be corrected. Followed by that, I need FNB Connect to when the request comes through from MTN to port my number that it is ACCEPTED by FNB Connect.
