FNB Connect worse service ever

FNB Connect has just become my worse dealings I have ever had with any company. I tried to call them though their number and got cut off 5 times. Then called my private banker who connected me to only be cut off again. Waited no one called me back. Called again got told only sales could help me and got transferred to front desk who then put me though to new applications. Unbelievable. This has been the worst experience ever and Im a private client
